Installing JIIRoot SSL Certificate

The following instructions will guide you through installing the X.509 certificate associated with our internal Root Certificate Authority (Root CA). Doing so allows your computer to trust certificates issued by our Root CA. This will eliminate any SSL errors your internet browser returns when attempting to view e-mail through our Outlook Web Access (OWA) portal.

Instructions

• Click here to download the JII Root Certificate
• When prompted, click Open
• Click Install Certificate
• Click Next
• Click Place all certificates in the following store
• Click Browse
• Click Trusted Root Certification Authorities
• Click Ok
• Click Next
• Click Finish
• Click Yes when prompted to confirm certificate installation
• Restart your internet browser
• Navigate to the OWA portal, and check your e-mail. You should no longer receive certificate error messages from your browser.
